It is a funny satirical story on the behaviour of some government employees.
You know some of the government staff behave in a crazy way, they take customers for granted. they hardly care and hardly respect the clients.
when I was pursuing my graduation, I penned this short story, and you know ,I got criticized by parents of my friends.Usually those who used to speak very nicely to me, stopped talking and stopped offering tea etc.
